Rising PR presents: Celtic Brothers Homeland Concert Tour 2022
The Celtic Brothers are back and ready to embark on their brand new ‘Homeland' concert tour in April 2022.

Formerly known as the Willoughbys, the newly branded Celtic Brothers released their new album of the same name ‘Homeland’ just as lockdown hit and the music industry came to a standstill. Their postponed nationwide tour will now visit venues and theatres across Ireland in April next year. Having recorded four albums as the six-piece Willoughbys Brothers, the now refined four-piece Celtic Brothers comprises of Robbie, Des, Johnny and Richie whose sound includes a repertoire featuring a blend of Irish ballads, popular classics and contemporary songs that take their audience on an emotive musical journey. The Homeland album received rave reviews, and their first single from the album ‘Roisin’ (Where Do You Run) was written by the Brothers’ cousin - award-winning, country music singer/songwriter Derek Ryan. Having performed in Ireland, the UK and America, the Brothers have crafted a very casual banter and delivery during their live shows which are complemented with laughter especially when the oldest brother in the pack, Richie, recalls anecdotal stories of them growing up as children. The Celtic Brothers’ passion for singing and performing, combined with a genuine closeness, stems from a childhood filled with music and singing, a love they carried with them throughout their formative years into adulthood, a gift given to them by musical parents who also had a touring band. Richie was the first to follow the stage spotlight, joining his parents’ band playing the drums at the tender age of 13, while Des went onto to study singing with the renowned vocal coach Dr Veronica Dunne, before joining and touring extensively with The Three Irish Tenors. Like many artists, having participated in many ‘Facebook Lives’ together over the last year performing for their dedicated fans, The Celtic Brothers are more than ready for their return to the live stage in April 2022, with more dates to be announced soon. Tickets available now from all venue box offices and for more information visit www.celticbrothers.ie. For further media information please contact Rising PR.
